Custom Brand & Showit Website • The TOP

May 30, 2018

Yesterday, I talked all about launching Greenwood Events and how much thought and intention went into their new site. Their sister company, The TOP, was no exception to this same approach!

While The TOP’s new site is much smaller, focused on their rental catalog, the details that went into each design decision made the site fun and super custom to their needs. We will cover some of the highlights of the site.

Homepage Slider

This homepage may be my favorite! The slides not only feature the beautiful tablescapes that can be created with Darci’s items for rent, but you can see which specific pieces are on each table. Using Showit, I was also able to make the layouts varied depending on the needs which gives a unique look to each one.

Full-screen “Pages”

When you’re viewing the catalog, first you’ll see the rental categories. I wanted to make sure browsing the collection wasn’t overwhelming. Then I implemented additional strategy by having the “pages” take over the screen.

As you scroll through, you’re able to hone in on the details of each piece to see which one you fall in love with for your event. I love how classic and timeless the style is so that any new items added at a later date will be showcased beautifully along with the others.

Make sure to check out The TOP site and explore all the details. I can’t wait to have another opportunity to create an rental catalog or online document. This was such a fun change from my usual, larger sites.
